Bread tabbouleh & lemon vinaigrette

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 cup of diced baguette
- 1/2 cup of canned chick peas, rinsed and strained
- 1 diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of mint, chopped
- 1 diced orange
- 2 tablespoons of crumbled goat cheese
- Salt & pepper, as preferred
Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Steps
- Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl then set aside.
- Whisk all the vinaigrette indregidents together in a small bowl then pour onto the salad. Mix the salad then serve.
