All-dressed Coconut chips (3 flavours)

Here’s a quick-fix snack that can easily be put together, even by the kids themselves. A twist to the well-known traditional chips and crackers. It’s also a great gift idea.

Ingredients
Seasoning #1
- 1 cup of coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of garam massala
- Salt, as preferred
Seasoning #2
- 1 cup of coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons d’huile végétale
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Seasoning #3
- 1 cup of coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon of cracked pepper
- ½ a lemon’s zest
- Salt, as preferred
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the rack at the center of it.
- In three different bowls, coat all the coconut flakes with vegetable oil, then add the seasonings. Stir until all the flakes are well coated, then lay onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes and let cool completely.
Tips & tricks
Cannot be frozen. Keeps for 2 weeks in an air-tight container at room temperature.
