Mango, spinach & almond butter smoothie

I jumped for joy for nearly five minutes when I saw Alex smile after his first sip of green smoothie; I’d finally hit a home run with one of my healthy recipes.
There are a ton of different ways to prepare this recipe: agave nectar could easily replace maple syrup, and you could use dates instead of almond butter.
This smoothie will help you start your day off right and keeps in the refrigerator for hours. When I make one for breakfast, there’s always enough left over for an afternoon snack, or an after-dinner dessert.

Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla almond milk
- 2 cups mango, frozen
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
