Spicy avocado smoothie

Since I had so many smoothie recipes up on the blog, I had stopped coming up with them, until I had the crazy/ brilliant idea of making a spicy smoothie. It’s to die for, I swear!

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 Medium size red tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup of cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup of plain Kefir
- 1 lime’s juice
- of Sriracha sauce, as preferred
- Salt & pepper, as preferred
Steps
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass, enjoy!
Tips & tricks
Cannot be frozen. Keeps for 2 days in the refrigerator.
