Rhubarb, apple & white chocolate crumble

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons of corn starch
- 3 cups of rhubarb, sliced in 1 cm thick pieces
- 1 1/2 cup of apples, diced
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate, chopped
Crumble
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup of cold butter, diced
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 350°F and place the rack at the center of it.
- Lightly blend all the crumble ingredients together in a blender until you get large crumbs. Set aside.
- Mix the brown sugar, nutmeg and corn starch together in a bowl. Add the rhubarb and the apples and coat them equally. Pour into a 9” mould (either round or square) then cover with white chocolate and crumble.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until the crumble is golden. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or fresh cream.
