Ingredients
White chocolate dip
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of Ricotta cheese
- 1 lemon’s zest
Dark chocolate dip
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
- 1/2 cup of Ricotta cheese
Steps
- Melt the white chocolate with the milk in a bowl in the microwave. Whisk until well-combined. Add the remaining ingredients for the white chocolate dip, then whisk until smooth. Let cool completely.
- Melt the dark chocolate with milk in a bowl in the microwave. Whisk until well-combined. Add the remaining ingredient for the dark chocoalte dip, then whisk until smooth. Let cool completely.
- Add each of the mixes in a pastry pouch. Starting in the center of the bowl, trace a circle with each mix and alternate your way to the outside of the bol.Then use a knife to make a few patterns in the dip.
- Serve with your preferred selection of fruits.
