Millet, chicken, olives, grapes, radish bowl with a tahini sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup of millet
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of dried olives
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, minced
- 1/3 cup of dried grapes
- 2 radishes, minced
- 1 cup of zucchinis, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 lime’s juice
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Salt & pepper, as preferred
Steps
- Rinse the millet properly, then add to a pot with the water in it. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer over low heat for 18 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together, then set aside.
- Pour the millet into bowls, then top with olives, chicken, grapes, radishes and zucchinis.
- Drizzle with sauce and top with sesame seeds.

Can be frozen.
